Mobile order is the only way to go at any McDonalds.

KL McDonalds is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Our visit this time was VERY slow, as usual. One of our burgers didnt have pickles, we ordered a regular frappe and got an Oreo one, the fries were undercooked and the wrap we ordered had and excessive amount of BBQ sauce and was supposed to have ranch.

Mix up orders, not so good management.

I had to throw out my burger, it had cheese. After asking 4 times, I even said "please it's an expensive burger I have a dairy allergy no cheese". Don't waste your cash here, they'll just give you what ever is cooked, and no receipt, after asking for that as well. Can't complain without a record of you're visit. Thanks for the garbage !

Quick and courteous service. Will go backwhen traveling.

Terrible service.Took 34 minutes to get a blatant coffee.Good lord, new staff required. Everybody's orders getting mixed up, seating area all dirty, no ice......lmao. worse McDonald's I've been to..........EVER! Two thumbs down!

Fast & delicious

Always good at the golden arches. Dryers didn't work in the men's room.

Nice modern look inside, had to order at counter as order wicket would not process payment, fries were not as hot as I like, everything else ok

Went through drive thru today bought 2 happy meals and 2 big Mac meals ...burgers were cold we didn't get French fries no straws no napkins no toy with one happy meal bunch of young guys working when we went thru didn't have much customer service

Customer Service was awfull. My order was wrong and on top of that, the food was cold.

Slowest McDonalds in the world, been in the drive thu line for 20 minutes with only 2 other people in line. It would be quicker for me to drive home and make the food myself, one star service.

Kirkland lake McDonald's is the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Food was cold and really really slow. I even walked out one day without my order I was so fed up of waiting

Wi-Fi down to scan discount offer meal. Minimum seating room. Congested serving area. Washroom filthy. No politeness from staff such as thank you & welcome.

A man went into the washroom with two ice cream cones and came out with one.

Worst customer service ever. Make sure yoy triple check your order cause 9/10 times they are all wrong

Get your order correct about half the time.

Super slow service..how does it take 10min to serve someone a coffee..that's because theres 5 people in front of the one guy that wants a coffee and there all ordering fast food that isnt even fast whatsoever...TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE

McDonald's provides a very clear plan to achieve a successful fast service restaurant.This is not being used at this location... -VERY SLOW SERVICE-Cold food -No napkins-Can't seem to understand that I don't want pickles on my burger...Time and time again...

Cold burgers, poutine that resembles soup. Only reason for 2 stars is that it is actually clean inside.

Is McDonald's. Now they have new staff there is really fast. But they are stingy with the Mayo. Can not have ketchup which is Free. Usually get the Mayo complimentary. No more.

Worst mcdonalds I have ever been to! I only ordered a $5 meal and was parked and told to wait for the fries.... there are now FIVE cars parked! Are you kidding me? I'm from Hamilton ontario, the only time you get parked there is if you have a huge order. How is this Mcdonalds even functioning? It's the lunch rush and you run out of fries? There arent even that many people inside. Head office needs to look into this Mcdonalds. I just watched a truck sit at the 2nd window for 5 minutes waiting for 4 coffees. I'm still waiting for my fries and it's been more than 10 minutes..... last time this happened here my fries werent even hot.

Reasonably fast service. Had to repeat order and condiments as sound system lousy and staticy.

Slow service.All day, every day.Plan for at least 10 minutes in the drive through during meal time.Minimum 5 minutes even if there is no one else in sight.Always check your order before driving away. 95% of the time there is something incorrect. Even if you just want a coffee.

They no longer have more then a hand full of employees willing to put in the effort and the supervisor is making it into a toxic work environment the few good employees will be gone in a matter of time, save your money

They don't bother putting sugar into a double double!? Coffee is always luke warm..Update: 5 months later coffee is still disgusting. Barely any sugar whatsoever...smh.

Very slow service

This McDonalds refused to cook my French fries extra crispy this is the most assidine policy ever the only McDonalds to refuse to cook French fries well done so glad I'm only passing though and pitty the people who have to live in kirland lank and deal with this stupidity. Can't wait to get back to civilization were they appreciate their customers
